Configure to Order — a first for the Bulgarian market
NovMac introduces the Configure to Order service — for the first time in Bulgaria. Customers can now order a Mac with the exact specifications they need, directly through the official Apple channel. Non-standard configurations become available in Bulgaria.
Apple Authorised Reseller status
We earn the Apple Authorised Reseller status — a proven level of partnership that Apple grants to independent retailers. This gives us direct access to training, new models, and official Apple support.
Expanding our services
The team grows and specialises. We expand our range of services, add corporate solutions, and deepen our expertise in the Apple ecosystem. MDM solutions and Apple Business Manager become a key part of our work.
Apple Silicon — a new era
Apple announces the transition to its own ARM chips. NovMac is among the first in Bulgaria to have M1 machines in stock. Our consultants undergo intensive training to answer every question about the new architecture.
