Place an Order or Pre-Order

Add the product to your cart on novmak.com or send us an enquiry via the contact form. Pre-orders are welcome — you can reserve a device before the official launch without payment.

For corporate clients, bulk orders, or Configure to Order — direct contact with our team is recommended for the best offer.

Can I order a model that is currently out of stock?

Yes. We accept pre-orders for any model. For Configure to Order requests, we work directly with Apple — typically taking 10–20 business days. Our representative will confirm the exact timeframe during the call.

How will I know the product is genuine?

Every device arrives in an unopened Apple box. The serial number can be verified directly at apple.com/coverage. We are an official Apple Authorised Reseller — you can verify our status on Apple's website.

Does the representative really call 7 days a week?

Yes. Our team works 7 days a week — including Saturday and Sunday. If the order is placed late in the day, the call may come the following morning.

Can I return the product if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. By law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. The device must be in its original, unopened packaging. Contact us and we will organise the process without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Do you issue invoices for businesses?

Yes, always. Every sale is accompanied by an official receipt or VAT invoice. For business clients, the invoice is issued with the company details provided.

What does the warranty cover?

A full 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering repair or replacement. We work with an authorised Apple service centre. Consumer damage (broken screen, liquid damage) is not covered by the standard warranty, but we can refer you to an authorised service centre.
